Do not send passwords, API keys or complete bank or tax details. Redact customer data in screenshots. We will request specific additional information when needed.

Open the app and partner portal

As a merchant, open Share Master under Apps in Shopify Admin. As a partner, use the portal URL supplied by the merchant. The merchant manages program terms, approvals and payouts.

Email not received

Check your spam folder and registered address. The merchant must configure their own SMTP or Resend email provider in the app. Without valid configuration, messages are not sent and remain queued. Ask the merchant to check configuration and delivery status.

Commissions, royalties and payouts

Commissions and product royalties are recorded separately. Hold periods, minimum amounts, refunds and merchant approval can affect availability. Contact the merchant first about a specific settlement.

Bank payouts require the merchant's actual transfer and confirmation. Store credit requires an enabled Shopify integration. Automatic PayPal payouts are marked 'Coming soon' and are currently unavailable.

Self-billing documents require recorded agreements and reviewed tax details. HTML documents and optionally validated XRechnung files do not replace tax or legal review of your circumstances.

Privacy and uninstalling

For access, correction or deletion of shop and partner data, contact the merchant or our contact address. Identify the shop; we verify authorization before disclosing data. Uninstalling ends app access but does not immediately delete all settlement records.
